Due to new requirements from the Ministry of Education (MinEd), all families in categories B, C and D must submit a signed family contract amendment by Fri, Dec 13. The amendment reflects the total amount that tuition costs for your child and then the scholarship discount you are receiving due to your category placement. The matriculation value, and the monthly tuition to be paid do not change at all.
For example, if your monthly tuition has been $2’006.400 for 2019-20, you will continue to pay that amount, but your contract will reflect that the monthly tuition is $3’025.699 minus the scholarship amount for your category. You will continue to pay $2’006.400.
Also, due to the implementation of our new accounting software, and to comply with these new MinEd requirements, there are new procedures for our monthly invoices. The invoice for January will not be sent by email in December as usual. Invoice information to make payments by PSE will be uploaded on the Bancolombia platform as usual, on December 26. Regular invoices for both January and February will be emailed on January 20, when we start using the new software.
